Our Project Management team consists, again, of industry veterans. The dedication to detail and commitment to customer service makes this team second to none. Unlike most project management teams across the industry, Unified Technologies’ Project Managers boast certifications in Basic Installation, Certified Engineer and Advanced Trouble Shooting through Mitel, Mitel Connect and NEC and our other providers.
Melissa is a founding member of team Unified. She is a senior project manager and trainer and is proud to be a joint owner as well. Communications is in her blood and has been a part of her life from a very young age. Helen Clasby, another senior project manager, has had an incredible impact on Melissa. Not only did she raise her in their Oldham County home, but she also raised her in this industry over the past 20 years. When Melissa isn’t working or spending time with her son, Cole, who currently attends The Academy for Individual Excellence, she is embracing her love of photography, or picking from a wide selection of DIY projects inspired by one of her many Pinterest boards.
Todd Fredericks joined Unified Technologies as a member of the Lexington Project Management Group. His attention to detail and problem-solving approach prepared him for his transition to Enterprise Customer Account Manager early in 2018. Todd completed his undergraduate degree at Western Kentucky University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Todd and his wife Tricia reside in Lexington, Kentucky with their two dogs. Todd and Tricia are both very active individuals and enjoy running as well as golf in their free time.
Ashley Joined the Project Management Department at Unified Technologies in 2013. In March, 2017 she was presented with the Diamond Award as well as the Core Value Award for her department at the company banquet. She and her husband, Andrew, have a son, Avery and a Daughter, Adriana. Local natives to Lexington, during their free time they enjoy the outdoors, live music and the Kentucky Wildcats!
Brian joined Unified Technologies in August of 2018. Brian was born and raised in Lexington, KY. Graduating from Tates Creek High School, he went on to study Foreign Language (Japanese) and International Economics at the University of Kentucky. He accepted a management position at Cheddars Casual Café in Lexington and was eventually promoted to General Manager. Brian managed Cheddars locations in both Lexington and Louisville for 15 years before joining UT. Cheddars is where he met his wife, Lorrie. They have been blessed with 3 boys – Landon, Jackson, and Owen. Brian enjoys coaching youth sports, visiting Keeneland in the spring and fall, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
Helen is a Project Manager and founding partner of Unified Technologies. She has been in the industry and has worked with some of Unified’s customers for over 35 years. She has a “Passion” for what she does for the Company and the customers. A native of Southern California, Helen currently lives in Oldham County. She has two daughters and one grandson (who is her pride and joy).
Hope joined the project management team at Unified in 2014. She is a native of Carrollton, KY and moved to Louisville to attend the University of Louisville. On her off time, Hope enjoys spending time with family, spoiling her twin nephews, being creative and being a freelance hair and makeup artist.
John Watson joined Unified Technologies in August 2018. John brings a wide range of experience to the team with years of experience in management, customer service, and customer support/training. A native of Massachusetts, John, along with his wife, Jessica and son, Andrew, made their home in Louisville in 2010. When he is not working, John is active in his church and enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and cheering on all the New England Sports teams.
Kathy joined Unified Technologies as a Project Manager in March of 2017. She came from the Copier/Printer Industry with OfficeWare, Inc. (dealer for Lanier/Ricoh, HP, Cannon and later Konica Minolta). Kathy is a native of Louisville and attended Ballard High School and the University of Louisville. She lives in Louisville with her husband of 18 years, Jay Mallory, Louisville President of ImageQuest, LLC (IT Company) and their two daughters, Ashlyn and Emily. Both daughters dance competitively for their schools (Louisville Male High School, and Jefferson County Traditional Middle School respectively), as well as their dance Studios. Kathy is a ‘dance mom’ and enjoys spending time at Nolin Lake. She’s a big sports fan cheering for UK basketball and NFL football Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys.
