Whenever our operations team completes a service ticket, an email is sent to our customer letting them know the work has been done. The email has a customer survey at the bottom. We love hearing from our customers. We obviously love to hear great feedback, but we really appreciate it when a customer lets us know we haven’t met theirs (or our) expectations. It helps us get better.

We just completed the first quarter of 2021 and the survey results are in. We received 157 surveys back and of those 141 gave us a Gold Star for outstanding service. 14 gave us a ‘green light’ representing good service and we did receive 2 yellow lights for fair service. This quarter we did not receive a single Red Light for poor service. This quarter was filled with snow days and people working from home or heading back to the office which pushed the totals up quite a bit averaging over 120 tickets a day.

We encourage all our customers to let us know how we are doing. It’s the only way to guarantee we are providing the highest level of service. Here are the comments from the first quarter.
