Our Customer Support Team is on the frontline for Unified delivering exceptional experiences with every interaction. Answering calls and emails and prioritizing those issues for our customers and employees. Then dispatching our technicians in an expedient manner to get them resolved as soon as possible. We are knowledgeable friendly agents that are relentless problem solvers who care for our clients wants and needs . Alex Mallonee

Hello, my name is Alex. I’m originally from San Diego, CA but I moved to Monticello, KY in 2005. I grew up with a fascination behind technology and first put that to use in the military. I served in the Army National Guard from 2015 to 2021 where I worked in fire direction control for mobile artillery systems. I graduated from WKU in 2020 with a degree in Arabic, spending a summer in Morocco as part of a language program where I discovered my love of traveling. I hope to eventually get dual citizenship in Italy and spend time traveling Europe and Asia.

Christian Beary

Help Desk Agent

Christian joined Unified’s operations team in 2012. He started in telecom in 1996 in southern Florida and has worked all over the US including Chicago and New England. He finally landed in Louisville, KY, which is his hometown. Christian specializes in Samsung, Lucent/Avaya, ShoreTel and NEC as well as all aspects of infrastructure. He has worked on the help desk at Unified for 6 years and heads up the Tier 1 department. He and his wife, Beth, have four children. Christian enjoys all U of L sports, live music, playing bass guitar and riding his Harley.

Dylan Krull

Help Desk Agent

Dylan joined Unified’s team in December of 2022. He began working in the ISS Division installing cable, and graduated to working the Help Desk in Summer of 2023. He grew up in Louisville, and being at Unified is like working at home for him. He has always been interested in technology and helping others. When he is not working, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Dylan is a proud member of the team and is eager to continue working and helping customers solve their problems.

Jagger Simon

Help Desk Agent

Jagger graduated in 2021 from Sullivan University in the field of Cybersecurity. He has always had an interest in computers and is excited to be working in both IT and customer support with an amazing team. His main interest in IT is network administration, in which he enjoys configuring and troubleshooting networks. In his time off he enjoys hiking, spending time with friends, and collecting vinyl’s.

Jonathan Schlueter

I joined Unified in September of 2022. I did IT/IS work for 19 years in Wichita Kansas. As well as A/V installation for 15 years also in Wichita Kansas. And worked as a supervisor for 7 years at both Lowe’s and Home Depot. I am currently A Customer Support Agent for Unified customer support team.
