Answering calls and emails and prioritizing those issues for our customers and employees. Then dispatching our technicians in an expedient manner to get them resolved as soon as possible. We are knowledgeable friendly agents that are relentless problem solvers who care for our clients wants and needs . Christian Beary

Lead Customer Support

Christian joined Unified’s operations team in 2012. He started in telecom in 1996 in southern Florida and has worked all over the US including Chicago and New England. He finally landed in Louisville, KY, which is his hometown. Christian specializes in Samsung, Lucent/Avaya, ShoreTel and NEC as well as all aspects of infrastructure. He has worked on the help desk at Unified for 6 years and heads up the Tier 1 department. He and his wife, Beth, have four children. Christian enjoys all U of L sports, live music, playing bass guitar and riding his Harley.

I joined Unified in September of 2022. I did IT/IS work for 19 years in Wichita Kansas. As well as A/V installation for 15 years also in Wichita Kansas. And worked as a supervisor for 7 years at both Lowe’s and Home Depot. I am currently A Customer Support Agent for Unified customer support team.
