“For us connectivity and a connection to our customers like a lot of businesses are so important and if we don't have that ability to connect with them quickly and in real time we could miss a need that they have, for example: I'm on the road a lot between our offices here in Louisville, Lexington, and Bowling Green and while I’m driving I get a ding that an email has arrived and I've got a message from a client that says to call them.
