Erica White, Cloud Support Specialist
Tell us a little bit about your experience at Unified Technologies.
I started at Unified Technologies in October 2016 as a Project Manager. I managed jobs installing VoIP phone systems that involved anywhere to 5 to 150 phones. I enjoyed working with our customers and getting to know about the ends and outs of their business. I helped find solutions to allow their business to run more efficiently. In December 2018, I was approached about taking a new position as Cloud Services Specialist. I did not hesitate as this will open doors personally and for our company as a whole.
Let me know why you accepted the new position?
I accepted the role of Cloud Services Specialist to broaden my knowledge of the telecommunications world and help existing and new customers. We offer carrier services and hosted solutions. Each day I have learned something new about products that offer our customers the best possible solutions to benefit their business as a whole. We offer free carrier audits and find cost savings for our customers. We partner with our customers to help guide them in making the best business decisions that will affect their business in the future.
What area you are most excited about?
I am excited to learn and grow every day. I have been in customer service for many years and knowing that I am helping a customer save money or finding the best solution is very satisfying. I am excited for 2019 and the opportunity to help existing and new customers.
