‘Tis the Season for Relationships
At the core of who we are and what we stand for at Unified Technologies, “building memorable relationships” makes the top of the list. Over the past year, we’ve had tremendous success as a company, whether that be sales growth or employee additions. We were recognized as the 33rd fastest growing company at this year’s Louisville’s Fast 50 Event and took 2nd place in Louisville’s Business First Largest Telecommunications Companies in Kentucky.
It would be easy to only focus on the factual, easy to quantify numbers and be satisfied with this year’s success. However, we feel it would be a disservice to our team here at Unified and to our partners not to acknowledge the anecdotal evidence of success we see every day. You know? The numbers that are not so easily tracked or the gestures that lose their value if you try to quantify them?
The employee who invites EVERYONE to a Christmas party out of the goodness of their heart, the numerous high fives and jobs well done, the humility to admit mistakes with the integrity to make it right, countless partner’s praising our employees more than the technology we offer, a partner phone call just to say thank you, the charitable act of giving to love on a dear friend, or the hospital visit during work hours because it’s the right thing to do. — THIS IS RELATIONSHIP
Building a business, not on the backs of each other but, having each other’s back is the key differentiator for success beyond numbers. People matter and we work with incredible people who have unbelievable talents with wonderful stories. We are grateful to have amazing co-workers and incredible partners to do business with because we know that great relationships are key for good business.
