This month’s customer spotlight features Kentucky/Indiana Foot and Ankle Specialists. They are a rapidly growing podiatry group consisting of ten podiatrists and a physical therapist. In just nine short years, they have expanded their “footprint” from Southern Indiana all the way down to Bowling Green, Kentucky. They offer conservative and surgical treatment options, along with physical therapy services. The relationship between Unified Technologies and Kentucky/Indiana Foot and Ankle Specialists began at a GLI networking event. Unified hosted the GLI “Shop Talk” event in October of last year and there, Andrea Overton, a trusted advisor for Unified Technologies, took the first step into a business partnership by introducing herself to Emily Hart, CEO and Kayla Boddy, COO of Kentucky/Indiana Foot and Ankle. During the event, Hart and Boddy explained their current challenges with their phone provider and after hearing about the services provided by Unified Technologies, a business relationship formed.
Following Unified’s Discovery process, Andrea was able to design a solution that not only eliminated the dropped calls and poor call quality the practice was experiencing, but also proposed a solution that would result in savings over the carrier solution they had in place. Installation of the new solution connecting all 7 locations was completed last week.
