Every month we feature our upcoming events and the first month of the new year is no exception! Not only do we provide successful communication solutions, we also offer training and other events throughout the entire year to our clients so they can learn about our solutions from the inside out. Some dates are quickly approaching so be sure to make room on your calendars for these educational and helpful events we are hosting this month.
January 2018 Events at Unified Technologies
Unified Analytics Training
We are hosting an analytics training three different times in January:
- Thursday, January 11th in Louisville

- Wednesday, January 24th in Cincinnati

At these events, you can enjoy a continental breakfast as you learn about our analytics software. What you can expect:
- Understand the components: Reports, Dashboard
- Learn how to administer the software
- Review the report schedules and how to build your own
- Create and Manage the Dashboard tool
- Understand the information in the reports
- Q & A
End User Trainings
We also want to put a few February dates on your radar as well. We will be hosting End User Trainings for Connect and ShoreTel on February 1st in both Louisville and Lexington. This training will also be offered in our Cincinnati location on February 7th.
Louisville Events on February 1st include:
ShoreTel End User Training where you can join us from 8:30-10:30 am for a continental breakfast and training on the ShoreTel Unified Communicator and desk phones. After this training you will be able to:
- Understand the Unified Communicator
- Review features to enhance you productivity
- Customize your UC to meet your needs
- Discover other’s favorite features
Later in the afternoon on the 1st, from 2:30-4:30 pm, we will be hosting a Connect End User Training. Session objectives include:
- Understand the Connect Client
- Learn advanced settings like twinning, find me, outlook calendar integration
- Customize your Connect Client to meet your needs
- Discover other fun shortcuts
Lexington events on February 1st cover the same topics. Lexington’s ShoreTel End User Training is from 8:30-10:30 am. More information and registration can be found here. Lexington’s Connect End User Training is from 2:30-4:30 pm and more information and registration can be found here.
