This year, Davis Jewelers celebrated 15 years at its Forest Green location on Hurstbourne Lane. How has Using Unified Benefited the Company?
Unified has been working with Davis Jewelers since November of 2015. In fact, according to Erica Samuelson, VP of Sales at Davis Jewelers, our technician, Kevin Hester, is known around Davis Jewelers as a ‘work husband’ to many of the staff there. Understanding and addressing the needs of a retail business has been a challenge and Kevin has stayed the course, fine-tuning and tweaking the system until the staff at Davis have received an outstanding experience. The phone system that Unified Technologies installed has allowed the staff to move smoothly between customers, making delivering that “excellent experience” so much easier.
