We’ve talked in the past about the power of relationships – including “6 Degrees of Separation” and creating memories while getting work done – because at Unified, relationships matter. “Building Memorable Relationships” is even one of our Core Values.

Our partners are key to our business and the whole reason we’re here. That’s why we strive to make them feel appreciated and connected to Unified. Today we want to talk about the ways in which we build memorable relationships with our partners. We hope you get a few ideas for how you can make lasting relationships with your customers and partners as well.

1. Monthly Recognition of New Customers

We want to foster relationship from the very beginning, that’s why each month we recognize and celebrate the new partners who we’ve begun working with.

2. Monthly Customer Spotlight

Each month we showcase one of our customers. We want to highlight the amazing companies we work with, but also take the opportunity to get to know them better. There is amazing work happening in our region and we’re proud to support these companies in their efforts. We love to share their stories with our audience.

We do that by first giving a snapshot of our partner’s history and their current endeavors. Then, we ask them a few questions about their relationship with Unified. Questions, such as:

  1. What drew your company to make a connection with Unified Technologies?
  2. How has using Unified benefited you and your company?
  3. If you could describe Unified in one word, what would that be?

The answers to that last question are always very cool to hear and insightful into how our partners view their relationship with Unified. We’ve used those answers to create the word cloud image above.

3. Our Technology Center

Another way we build meaningful relationships with our partners is through our Technology Center.

The Technology Center is our conference space with state of the art technology that is available to the community by reservation. And for our partners it is free!

As an organization, we want to foster better collaboration, and our Technology Center is among the many ways we do that. By opening it up to our partners, we go beyond voice and video services and offer space for training, collaboration, and celebration for their companies.
