September Unified Seminar Series
Wednesday, September 13 – ShoreTel Customer Lunch & Learn
Join us in Louisville, Kentucky from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm to learn about ShoreTel’s latest features and offerings. If you are considering the Cloud, then this might be the perfect event for you. In this Lunch & Learn, you will get a taste of ShoreTel’s newest enhanced feature set, how to leverage Cloud opportunities, leveraging your virtual environment, migration, and much more. Thursday, September 28 – ShoreTel Director Training
This training is in Lexington from 8:30 to 10:30 am. Due to the early hours, Unified will provide a continental breakfast. This is an in-depth training that covers understanding the components of the ShoreTel system, learning how to be an administrator for the system, learning how to build your own system schedule, understanding the built-in reports, and much more. The Director Training is invaluable for managers, HR, IT, and various other departments that utilize the more advanced features and customization of ShoreTel. This training is $200.00 per attendee, but free to all Managed Services Customers and Customers with Comprehensive support.

Thursday, September 28 – ShoreTel Director Training
This ShoreTel Director Training is in Louisville for those that are closer to Louisville than Lexington. Just like the Lexington training, Louisville’s will be from 8:30 to 10:30 am and a continental breakfast will be provided. The objectives for this advanced training include: understanding the ShoreTel system components, a short review of the new reporting tool called Unified Analytics, learning how to administer changes such as adding and removing, and much more. This training is $200 per attendee; however, it is free to all Managed Services Customers and Customers with Comprehensive support.
