August Unified Seminar Series
August 3rd – ShoreTel End-User Training
This training is in Louisville from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Since it is early in the morning, Unified provides a continental breakfast. But the real reason people come is for the fruitful training about the ShoreTel system. Did you know that your people can simply come to this training to learn various tips, tricks, and the day-to-day skills on how to use the ShoreTel phone system? Whether they are new employees, experienced employees needing a refresher course, or simply the whole facility because you recently got a ShoreTel system, our training is perfect for getting everything to start off right.

August 17th – ShoreTel ECC Supervisor Training
Cruise over to Lexington for our 8:30 am in-depth ShoreTel training. Like our August 3rd training, we will provide a continental breakfast since it’s so early in the morning. This training is taking a dive into our ShoreTel ECC Supervisor Software, learn things like how to manage agents and how to master the Enterprise Contact Center. Sending your call center supervisors to this training assists with learning the technology, as well as getting some call center tools and tricks. It’s $200 per student, but it’s free to all Managed Services Customers and Customers with Comprehensive support.

August 23rd – Unified Communications Luncheon
Enjoy a lunch at our Louisville location on us on August 23rd from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. At this luncheon, get insights on how communications can affect your business and your bottom line. Learn the latest technology, how to simplify your telecommunications management, and how to increase employee productivity and efficiency. August 24th – Unified Communications Luncheon
At our Lexington location, enjoy a lunch on us while learning the latest technology needs and trends from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Similar to our Louisville luncheon, we will door prize giveaways, but you have to sign up at the event to be eligible.
