At Unified Technologies, a big part of our overall communication, service, marketing, and sales plan are events. We hold various webinars, seminars, and lunch and learns throughout the year. Some events like our ShoreTel Director and End User Trainings are value-adds for our existing managed services and UnifiedCare clients.
Other events, like the Unified Analytics seminar last fall, may focus on new product releases or rollouts to keep our existing clients up to date with the latest in efficient technologies to help improve their business operations.
Still, others are informative as we invite prospective customers in to meet our team and hear about our service offerings and capabilities. The ShoreTel Seminars next week and our Infrastructure Seminars in July are examples of these.
Louisville and Lexington ShoreTel Seminars in June
This coming Wednesday and Thursday we’re hosting informative ‘lunch and learns’ about the ShoreTel phone systems and our managed services platform.
Wednesday the event will be at the Unified Technologies Center in our Louisville office from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
Thursday the same event takes place in Lexington, KY at Malone’s Banquets on Tates Creek Road from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

Louisville and Lexington Infrastructure Seminars in July
We know this a month away but in the summer you can’t plan too far ahead. We’d love for you to get this seminar on your calendars. It’s a seminar we only offer a couple times per year and we are really excited about all the exciting things we have going on in our infrastructure division. Jason Becker joined our team last year with the goal of growing our presence and capabilities in our infrastructure division.
We’ve also grown our technical team that handles all the implementation, project management, and installations. If you’re in the market for services like structured cabling, video surveillance, or access control, then you’ll want to see what Unified Technologies has been up to lately. Typically office moves, additions due to business growth and renovations are a great time to assess needs your infrastructure needs. For some though it’s just time to take a look at outdated infrastructure and facilities.
