We recently installed a new ShoreTel System for Paul Davis Restoration of Kentucky. Last week we received a very nice email from Kevin Parker, Vice President of Operations for Paul Davis. He wanted to let us know that our project manager on the installation did a great job!

Customer Spotlight – Paul Davis Restoration of Kentucky
It made sense to feature Paul Davis in our Customer Spotlight this month, not because they gave us such a wonderful testimony (although that helped) but because this is their busiest time of year. Paul Davis is the company to call if spring storms damage your home or business. If too much rain causes flooding or if wind or lightning cause a tree to crash through your roof, they’re the guys who know what to do when you’re standing there feeling…well…hopeless.

1. Tell us about your company and what you do.
Paul Davis responds to those in need following a fire, water, mold or other loss. We put people’s lives back together by removing water, cleaning furniture and contents, rebuilding businesses and homes, etc.
2. What drew your company to make a connection with Unified Technologies?
We were seeking a company that could provide extraordinary service to our company, which relies heavily on urgent inbound calls from our customers.
3. If you could describe Unified in one word, what would that be?
