I was able to grab the team after their meeting Monday morning to get a new group picture. Getting these guys together all at the same time is not an easy task. They are in early and usually gone before 8 am, scattering across the region and we usually don’t see them until very early the next morning when they head out to do it all over again. When asked about the status of their work, they always know exactly where they are in the process and always have a projected timeline for completion of their portion of the work. They are doing excellent work, their end product is installed right, organized well and labeled correctly. I have had the COT personnel tell me a number of times that they are impressed with the quality and workmanship of the data cabling.
