At Unified Technologies our first Core Value is “Build Memorable Relationships”. We do that with every customer. We become good partners in business. RealTek Solutions is one of those customers that has become a great partner with us.
I asked the rep on the account, Adam Fischer, his thoughts on the partnership and he said:
“Aaron Lowe and I met on the project for the Louisville Bar Association in November 2015. It was quickly established that not only were our philosophies about business and dedication to our customers aligned with one another, but our personal lives were similar and our families have since hit it off as well. Aaron not only implemented a ShoreTel for his business, RealTek Solutions, earlier this year but has signed RealTek Solutions on as an Agent of Unified Technologies and has become a valuable strategic partner to our team.”
In a quick interview with Aaron Lowe, President, he answered a few questions for us. On top of that, they have a really cool tag line – “Powering the Possible.”
What drew your company to make a connection with Unified Technologies?
At my previous company Unified Technologies had worked with many of my customers. They were always dependable and honest. Moving forward it was a simple choice to use them as our phone and infrastructure company.
