The Trunk Test tool allows you to troubleshoot the system when things aren’t working properly. If incoming calls are being directed to the wrong number, you can go in and see a log of all of the calls and which lines picked them up. This will help you take quick action to fix the problem so you can get right back to a brilliantly simple communication system.
