In this Just One Thing video, William talks about the System Directory feature of the ShoreTel phone system. WIlliam is a member of our Tier One support group. He answers customer calls and works to attain first call resolution whenever possible.
When a customer calls looking for a particular extension, William can go into the system directory and quickly find the extension he is looking for. If the customer has incorrect information, William is able to direct them to the correct contact by quickly searching the extension number from the list of organized categories.
