Since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, here are 3 interesting facts about the holiday.
- Teachers (who knew?) receive the most valentines, followed by kids, mothers, wives and sweethearts in that order. Hmmmm.
- 3% of pet owners will buy a Valentine for their furry friends. So go ahead, show Fido you love him with a special treat.
- And this last one hits home for us here at Unified. Alexander Graham Bell applied for his patent on the telephone, an “Improvement in Telegraphy”, 140 years ago on Valentine’s Day, 1876. Celebrate this interesting fact by calling someone you love today, maybe your mom???
