At the end of 2015, Unified Technologies launched a new customer training program. We are rolling out a more comprehensive list of topics for 2016. Training classes will be held in our offices in Louisville and Lexington. Our customers can use these classes to refresh or increase their knowledge of the ShoreTel platform or send new employees to the classes to learn how to use the ShoreTel tools. Each class will be 3 hours and end with a question and answer section. We had great feedback from our customers who attended our first class in December. All felt it was well worth the time and came away with a better understanding of the tools available to them. These classes will be offered to our Comprehensive and Managed Services customer at no charge.
We will focus on 4 class subjects beginning with the ShoreTel Director Administration Class. This class is for the employee tasked with taking care of the administration of the ShoreTel system. It will dive deeper into the ShoreTel Director software. Attendees will learn more about the Director tool including how to run and analyze reports, change and set up users and call flow and review the diagnostic and monitoring tools. If you need to change a greeting due to inclement weather, this class will show you how.
Dates for the ShoreTel Director Administration Class:
Louisville – January 20th, June 8th and October 19th
Lexington – January 27th, June 15th and October 26th.
Additional Classes and Dates
Contact Center Director Admin – a deeper dive into administering the Contact Center, creating and modifying agents and supervisors, building reports and analyzing the data gathered, creating calendar schedules and more. This class is for the employee in charge of administering the call center and programming the system changes. Dates for this class are
Louisville – February 24th, July 13th and November 16th.
Lexington – March 2nd, July 20th and November 9th.
Contact Center Supervisor – In this class you will become more familiar with the terminology associated with the contact center. You will learn to build custom reports, screens and templates and use the data to analyze trends and monitor activity. This class is for the employee who supervises agents in the contact center. Dates for this class are
Louisville – March 23rd, August 10th and December 7th.
Lexington – March 30th, August 17th and December 14th.
End User Training – This class is perfect for new employees. It will show them how to use the communicator software on their computer as well as features and short cuts on the desk phone. It’s also a great refresher for someone looking for a better understanding of the tools available at their desks. Dates for this class are
Louisville – April 20th and September 7th
Lexington – April 27th and September 14th
