I love that saying. It’s true for other things too.
I have a Fitbit and I’m crazy about it. I liked it when I first got it back in the spring but I like it even more now. I keep learning new features and more things it can do. When I first got it, it wouldn’t display caller ID when my cell phone rang. Now it does. And I sing about it. I tell everyone how great it is.
The best part about having technology is constantly learning new things it can do. Bet you’ve added all kinds of apps to your mobile device over the years. And I bet you’ve told a person or two about the ones that make your life easier or more fun.
We feel the same about the ShoreTel phone system. I can almost guarantee that you don’t know all the great things it can do to make your life easier. We are going to help fix that.
Unified Technologies is conducting a training class for end users. It’s an update and a deeper dive into the desktop communicator and the telephone. It can be a great way to get a new employee trained as well. We think when you leave our training class, you’ll like, if not love, the ShoreTel tools on your desk. And if you love it, you’ll sing about it. (Maybe not literally, but …)
You may tell your friends and they may want one too. If not, at least you’ll be happier with the tools available to you. And our main goal is happy customers.
Our first End User Training Class will be held on December 16th at our Louisville office. It will run from 8:30 to 11:00 and is free to all of our customers currently under our Comprehensive Care plan. We’ll even have breakfast for you.
