Since Christmastime is all about children, childhood dreams and childlike wishes, it seems appropriate to spotlight one of our customers who focus daily on improving the lives of children.
Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Lexington, Kentucky is dedicated to supporting children and their families through the ups and downs of developmental challenges. Their mission is to see patients reach their goals and teach families how to create therapeutic opportunities for their children in their everyday lives. Therapy services are provided in homes, schools, daycares, and at their office. Therapies include occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, physical therapy, and behavioral therapy.

How Unified Technologies helped Marshall Pediatric Therapy
The practice was using a hosted solution and the experience was not good. The bandwidth was not adequate and QOS was not in place so the voice quality on calls that did get through was poor. Basically, the practice was without phone service for almost two months. The practice’s owner, Pam Marshall, was in a bind. She reached out to a few business associates and was connected with Unified Technologies’ Dell Link. Dell proposed Unified’s Managed Services plan and though Pam’s confidence was definitely shaken by her past experience, Dell convinced her that we had done our homework, would take good care of her and deliver a fully functional communications platform.
No one in business should have to worry about anything but building their own business and taking care of their customers, especially when their customers are children. Once the new ShoreTel system is installed next week, Pam and her staff can focus solely on helping the children of Lexington and the surrounding area.
