The Content Squad recently received their first phone system, and it was installed by yours truly a few weeks ago. The Content Squad, located in Middletown, is an Inbound Marketing Agency and you can read more about them here. They recently partnered with us to manage their phone services, and we recently partnered with them to drive our business development through digital marketing.
Google Voice is Not a Phone System
The decision to install a ShoreTel phone system came after a number of years without a centrally located system in the office. After trudging up and down the hallways multiple times per day to hand off phone calls, using their cellphones to receive business calls and gaining additions to the team, they realized it was time to call us in.
They had clearly outgrown their Google Voice phone line and needed a professional managed solution. They weren’t interested in purchasing a large amount of equipment so our ShoreTel managed solution was a great fit for their agile business model. The installation was done in just a few months and their team is getting better and more efficient using the system every day.
Partnering with Unified Technologies was an easy decision
The Content Squad has a fun culture, centered around garnering excellent results for their clients. They are hard workers but know how to have a good time. They were looking for a phone system that increased efficiency during this season of growth, and they found it with all the amazing features of the ShoreTel system.

According to the Squad, training was quick yet impactful thanks to Keri Kennedy, project manager from Unified. She carefully explained, in detail, every step from transferring a phone call to adding multiple people to conference calls. It was an excellent experience for rookies entering the phone system field. And they were all rookies.
