In January of 2015, two of the top 10 Allegra franchises in the country merged. Coincidently, both are located in Louisville, Kentucky. They formed Allegra Marketing Services and moved into a state of the art facility in the Jeffersontown Industrial Park. When they looked for a communications platform for their new location they chose to partner with one of the top 10 ShoreTel dealers in the country who, coincidently, just happens to be located in Louisville as well.
The decision to choose ShoreTel and the Unified team came after some of the staff attended a ShoreTel seminar at Unified’s Louisville office. They discovered that the ShoreTel Communicator could provide collaboration tools like voice, fax and email integration to the staff’s desktop, and that could help deliver the kind of customer service their “raving fans” have come to expect.
