Creative Lodging Solutions finds hotel space for business travel. Their call center is operational 24/7/365. When faced with the challenge of moving while continuing to take calls, Creative Lodging worked with their communications partner, Unified Technologies, to design a plan.
“Because we operate a 24x7x365 call center, it was critical for us to remain fully operational during our move. Shutting down our phone system for several hours to move it was not a viable option for us. Unified Technologies rose to the challenge and provided us with a temporary phone system that included 48 handsets allowing our call center to continue taking calls without ever skipping a beat. Their technicians were fabulous… arriving early, staying late, and verifying that all was working as it should. We couldn’t have pulled this off so seamlessly without them,” said Scott Beauchamp, Director of Technical Operations for Creative Lodging Solutions.
