Chances are, if you’ve called Unified Technologies, you’ve spoken with Candace. Candace dubbed herself a self-proclaimed ninja and a happy operations team member– and we couldn’t agree more! “I like to be there for my clients and make sure they are able to receive the very best service and maybe even a phone hug!” she added.
Candace’s day-to-day responsibilities entail answering incoming calls, generating service requests, maintaining service emails, reaching out to sub-contractors to coordinate jobs, dispatching when needed, and working with our great team of technicians to ensure the very best experience and delivering the WOW for our clients!
In order to get to know Candace a bit more, she answered some questions for us.
Have you always been in this industry? If not, what brought you where you are today?
I was a long time member of the paper industry and I was looking for an ever evolving company to grow within and call home.
What’s one thing you love about what you do for a living?

I love to camp, read, cook, and spend time with family.
If you could do one thing for a living that had nothing to do with your current job, what would it be?
Plan children’s birthday parties!

I worked for Murray State Football while in college.
