Last Thursday night, smack in the middle of Derby week, 8 of us from Unified Technologies flew down to Orlando to participate in ShoreTel’s COE Conference. Aside from finding out what’s on the roadmap for ShoreTel in the next year (and that’s some pretty exciting stuff we’ll be sharing with you in a future blog), we were awarded the coveted ShoreTel COE award for outstanding customer service and growth. As stated –
The Circle of Excellence is awarded to ShoreTel’s top performing global reseller partners, recognizing their exceptional achievement in total revenue bookings, year-over-year growth, customer satisfaction and advanced application proficiency.
We are pretty proud of this achievement. It’s the second time in our 6 years of being in business that we have made ShoreTel’s National Top 10. This year we finished at #7.
