No, it’s not the Rime of the Ancient Mariner, but Unified Technologies is proud to announce a new partnership with the Louisville Water Company to replace their fairly ancient telephone system. A new ShoreTel platform scheduled to install before the end of the year will be phase two of a collaboration that takes the Louisville Water Company into a state of the art environment.
The LifeSize video conferencing solution installed earlier this summer lets the Water Company communicate face to face across the country and Canada with the company responsible for implementing the new customer software.
The new ShoreTel solution will be in place at all 7 Water Company locations as well as the MSD office. Once installation is complete, the new customer software will integrate with the telecommunications system. The Call Center and IVR will give customers quick access to the Water Company’s staff as well as important information about their accounts.
