You may not know this, but, ShoreTel provides the communications system for many of the major league parks in the country. From The Giants and Dodgers in California to the Cleveland Indians and Marlins on the east coast, baseball teams rely on ShoreTel to ‘make the call’.
Everyone knows that Hillerich & Bradsby provide Louisville Slugger bats to most of the MLB teams. Now H&B is ‘calling up’ Unified Technologies to install a new ShoreTel platform at their Slugger Museum and Factory on Main Street in Louisville, KY.
It’s not surprising that a company known “for making the best, most technologically advanced bats for all levels of play” would choose one of the most technologically advanced platforms for their communications needs. H&B is relying on Unified Technologies to give them some ‘relief’ by installing the new system this fall. The new system will have an advanced call center for ‘fielding’ calls to the Museum and Factory as well as a bridge for ‘sending signals’ (via instant messaging) to all employees. Unified Technologies will design the solution to meet every need of the historic factory and museum.
