We recently implemented a new process to help us design solutions for our prospective customers. Every Wednesday our Sales Engineer and Project Management Director gather the necessary resources to meet and review project designs and requirements with the rep on the account. It allows us to make a list and check it twice, cross our t’s and dot our i’s and is proving that 2 (or more) heads are better than 1.
