If you’ve ever tried to work with carriers; (Windstream, AT&T, etc.) you know it can sometimes be a challenge. It’s especially difficult if you’ve never done it before. That’s where we come in. We work with all carriers and we have for many, many years. We know the channels to maneuver and understand the jargon and TLA’s (three letter acronyms). It’s a service we offer all of our customers at no additional charge. That’s what we do. It’s nice when we hear back from a customer who understands that. One of our technicians assisted PCA Pharmacy this week and Erik sent us this note of appreciation.
