When we partnered with Gorilla Glue in December to provide a new ShoreTel solution for their Cincinnati location we were pleased to discover we would also be partnering with the O’Keeffe Company. The O’Keefe Company makes hand and foot cream and if you haven’t tried it yet, you should. With the frigid weather taking a beating on our hands this winter, it was nice of our new partner to share a few samples of their hand cream for our staff to try. It’s available at most major retailers and as well as several hardware stores in the area.
We’re looking forward to ‘healing’ the phone issues at Gorilla Glue/O’Keeffe as well as their product has healed our rough, dry hands. The new ShoreTel solution scheduled to install in mid-March will be designed to improve communications across their three Cincinnati locations and link their mobile workers in the US and United Kingdom. A call center for each company will help deliver the excellent customer service both companies are proud to provide.
