There were problems on Time Warner’s end with the equipment they delivered. The order was short some equipment. Andi Reyes stepped up and let them know that the problem was on their end and proved the order was correct. It took some time to get the correct equipment delivered. Andi and David Robin stayed until the job was complete even though it took until 9:30 PM.
They made sure our staff was properly trained on our new phone system and that everything was running correctly before they left. It would have been easy for them to say that the problem was not their fault, (which it wasn’t), and come back another time. Their dedication to me and my staff left a lasting impression of both them individually and your company as a whole.
A few days later, we opened the store and found that the phone system and internet were not working. In a panicked state, I called David and emailed Andi. David was out of town but assured me he would send someone right over. Andi responded as well that she would have a ticket opened immediately. A technician was over here very quickly and got us up and running. I also hired two new sales people and let Andi know. She is setting up training for them so they will be up to speed.
I have been very impressed with the way that Andi has handled my account. The personalized service has been unbeatable and is something you just do not find very often.
