Last Tuesday we held a Lunch seminar at the Lexington Country Club. We do this every other month and we always have the best crowds. Though I originally hesitated, I’m very glad I delayed my vacation a day so I could be in attendance. I met some very funny, interesting people from Somerset, Kentucky. Our newest customers from LBX were in attendance and it was nice to get to meet them, even though they had to give me a lesson (and a little grief) on the difference between an excavator and a bulldozer. What can I say? I’m a city girl. When I left the country club and headed toward Virginia to start my vacation I drove about 2 hours and came upon a sign for Boyd County. I realized that one of our customers in attendance that day was from the Boyd County Library. Leigh came to our lunch and told everyone in attendance how happy he is with his ShoreTel platform and our Unified team. How fortunate are we to have a customer willing to drive for over 2 hours to speak on our behalf? Tuesdays seminar group was fantastic and we are very lucky to have the opportunity to meet and work with warm, friendly people every day. The ShoreTel Representative from Northern Ohio told me that the people in Kentucky, especially the Lexington area, are some of the warmest, friendliest people he’s ever met; makes me proud to be a Kentuckian and part of company with such great customers.
