Cinfed Federal Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio chose to partner with Unified Technologies to install a ShoreTel VoIP communications system for their business. Cinfed has 8 locations and over 100 phones across their network. Part of the scope of the project was the installation of ShoreTel’s Enterprise Contact Center and the ShoreTel Mobility Router solution. Seven people man the call center today and that number will continue to grow. Ten employees are using the ShoreTel Mobility solution. For voice recording needs an OAISYS recording solution was installed.
