Dealer Car Search designs, builds, and hosts innovative cutting edge websites for both Independent and Franchised car dealers. They’ve built a sophisticated Content Management System to give their dealers the ability to manage a large majority of their website’s content themselves without having to call in for website changes. From their headquarters in Louisville, KY they service customers across the United States.
They partnered with Unified Technologies in November of 2011 to design and install a ShoreTel platform. They have added to and enhanced the equipment over the last 2 years and most recently added the ShoreTel Web Dialer to allow their sales force to more efficiently call prospects.
Chris Wyndham, VP of Customer Acquisition & Retention says that the dialer keeps their sales reps on the phone more often, resulting in more sales for the reps and for the company. “Our speed of work has increased as has our productivity,” explains Wyndham. “Our technical staff worked closely with the Unified Technologies’ team on the programming and implementation of the dialer.
