There’s a lot to be said for a small town. I’ve heard that before and experienced it firsthand this week. I was helping out on a large install for First State Financial in Middlesboro, Kentucky and the surrounding areas. I was in Pine Mountain. The city oozes quaint. Every person I came in contact with was friendly. Make that super friendly. The bank’s employees were genuinely nice. No one had their head down looking into their phones. There was a calm relaxed atmosphere and I couldn’t help thinking that if I lived there I would want to do business with these people. They talked about answering their phone calls with a real person, not a machine. And they were in no hurry to rush through our conversation to move on to the next task at hand.
I came away hoping that our company exudes the same attitude and genuine warmth and care that I felt in beautiful Pine Mountain, KY. I’m so happy we have a new partner in First State Financial added to our growing list of customers.
