The area’s premier caterer for all events at the Kentucky Exposition Center and the downtown Convention Center, Centerplate creates tasty temptations for tens of thousands of guests each year.
Operating in two locations in Louisville, Centerplate managers desperately needed a new communications platform that would allow quick and effortless access to staff regardless of physical location.
This summer Centerplate sat down with Unified Technologies and we created a solution that easily addressed their communications concerns. The Centerplate team relies on the ShoreTel Communicator to tell them if their colleagues are in or out of the office. And, they frequently use the extension assignment feature to allow their desk phone to ring a cell phone or other extension while they are out serving guests. Voice mail messages are much easier to retrieve and sort with the new visual voice mail.
