Our team had a great opportunity today to attend the GLI “Celebration of Small Business” luncheon. We tend to brag about our large multi-location customers quite often and it was nice today to see so many of our customers that fit into the “Small Business” category recognized for their outstanding accomplishments.
Since small businesses (those with 100 or fewer employees) make up 96.6 percent of all businesses in Greater Louisville, they are a very important part of our city’s economic profile. We at Unified Technologies congratulate our customers and business partners for the Inc.credible awards they received today. Louisville Geek took home the Greening/Sustainability award. Integrity HR, Inc. was named the Very Small Business of the Year and Jefferson National was nominated in 2 categories – Innovation/Technology Utilization Award and Small Business of the Year.
Some of our customers who were also Inc.credible candidates were ABC Signup, Dixie Florist, Independent II, Lincoln Heritage Council, Talon Logistics, The Benefits Firm, Weber Group, Inc. and Youth Build Louisville. Congratulations to them all. I’d like to think our partnership played a small role in their success and I’m proud to work for a company that partners with such outstanding businesses.
