The Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky, serving more than 1 million passengers a year, was looking for a new phone system to handle the increase in call volumes internally and externally. As Director of Marketing and Community Relations, Amy Caudill, explains in this video, the airport invited several partners as part of an RFP process.
Unified Technologies was the selected partner and since the new ShoreTel system was installed, the Blue Grass Airport team has really enjoyed the distinctive features of the system as well as the ongoing service and training provided by Unified.
