LOUISVILLE, KY – Unified Technologies recently partnered with the Louisville-based medical equipment supplier, DRE, to integrate the high-growth company’s two locations, with 75+phones, into a fully scalable VoIP network. Unified Technologies will install a ShoreTel VoIP solution that will work seamlessly with the company’s existing SalesLogix CRM software, while also incorporating the multi-location contact center onto the same, single platform.
DRE provides a combination of durable new and professionally refurbished equipment to medical professionals and facilities. DRE receives calls to their contact center from around the world. The new solution will present complete customer records with each call presented to the agents based on incoming Caller ID. DRE agents will also be able to access the system’s continuously updated log of customer calls, initiate web chats with customers via DRE’s online store and will be able to dial directly from SalesLogix to reach customers immediately.
