Unified Technologies Celebrates 2nd Year; Expects to Reach $10M in Sales in 2011 – a Projected 200% Year-Over-Year Increase Company Provides VoIP and Security and Structured Cabling Products and Services to More than 350 Clients in Region

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Unified Technologies celebrated its second anniversary in June with two successful years under its belt and is entering its third year with a growth projection of 200 percent. In 2010, the company had $5.2 million in sales and in the first quarter alone of 2011, Unified Technologies had reached $3.4 million in sales. Scott Diamond, Unified Technologies president and chief executive officer, expects the company to reach $10 million in total sales for 2011.

Unified Technologies started in June, 2009 with 27 employees – all with previous experience in the area’s telecommunications industry. The company is employee-owned and now has 36 employees and offices in Louisville and Lexington.

Unified Technologies has an exclusive resale relationship with IP business communications leader, ShoreTel (NASDAQ: SHOR), selling its voice, data and messaging products. Unified Technologies Grows to 350 Customers in 21 States and Canada

Unified Technologies’ fast growth has primarily been driven from its customer base in the Kentucky and Southern Indiana region. The company is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. However, Unified Technologies has supported its customers with installations and communications systems in 21 states and Canada.
