After thoroughly evaluating communication solutions from ShoreTel, Cisco, and Avaya; Kentucky’s 2nd largest credit union, Commonwealth Credit Union, awarded Unified Technologies a contract to replace their Avaya platform with the ShoreTel IP Platform.
