A few years back, Quadrant Financial implemented a Mitel 5000 solution that helped to accomplish some of these needs. But as their company continued to evolve, it became increasingly apparent that this solution and the support being provided on the product, were not going to help Quadrant reach their ultimate goals. Only 2 1/2 short years after first implementing the Mitel solution, Quadrant decided to switch gears and chose to partner with Unified Technologies and implement the ShoreTel solution.
