Creation Gardens is a completely unique company. Unlike most produce suppliers, they organized their company by first researching what makes chefs, purchasers, and restaurants succeed. Their study identified 6 main areas (Quality, Service, Price, Availability, Responsiveness, and Trust) where they can help their customers in attaining their food and labor cost goals. Creation Gardens then created a business model to excel in each of these areas and to blow their competition away!
When Creation Gardens was looking to upgrade their communications technology in conjunction with a move and expansion of their facilities, they looked for a platform and provider that would measure up against these six areas as well. All six of these qualifications were put to the test when numerous challenges presented themselves throughout the installation of the new ShoreTel platform. Everything from faulty wiring in the old locations to router issues from the local telephone service provider created numerous challenges for both Unified Technologies and Creation Gardens. Through unrelenting perseverance by the Unified operations and installation teams and constant communication with the customer we were able to deliver on all of the promises that were made to Creation Gardens throughout the sales process.
