Unified Technologies is coming off of a bang up 2010…and we’re anticipating 2011 will be even better. In our quest for constant improvement, Unified Technologies has brought back the “Lunch and Learn”. This initiative is being headed up by Mike Gabhart (who’s posts you can read by simply clicking his name in the “Tags” section in the bottom left of the screen).
The topics have varied from Data 101, Internal Processes, and more recently “ShoreTel Professional Services” with Maura Higgins, ShoreTel’s Director of Professional Services. This was a great topic for me as I am only 7 months into the telecommunications world. It is exciting for me to see what different kinds of software that the ShoreTel VoIP system integrates with.

While all of the existing applications were great to hear about, what I liked most was the fact that ShoreTel asked us what we had been hearing out in the market that our customers wanted. This proactive approach to software development and integration makes me excited about what lies ahead for our ShoreTel partnership.
