Unified Technologies takes pride in the installation of our customer’s solutions. As such, it is our policy to program any and all gear in our lab well ahead of the actual cut over date; to ensure the accuracy of the implementation. Unified Technologies is able to do this for many reasons.
1) We carry a significant amount of local inventory which allows us to pull from existing stock instead of ordering each new job on a per contract basis. Therefore, we do not have to worry about “cash-flow” and can concentrate on each specific customer’s project.
2) Our Project Management and Operations teams are in constant contact with one another verifying the implementation schedule that has been set with the customer is followed to a “T”.
3) Our commitment to World Class Customer Service, and our willingness to go the extra mile.
When you have several hundred customers to take care of for routine service, it’s not easy on an Operations department to make a technician available to program a system that is not scheduled to be cut over for several more weeks. However, being ahead of the game makes for less service issues after installation of a new system.
