Unified Technologies was formed as a result of 27 Industry veterans coming together with the sole purpose of providing the highest level of service available in the market. Combined, this team comprises over 400 years of industry experience and is 100% focused on putting the customer first in everything we do.
Leadership Team
The leadership team at Unified Technologies represents a total of 125 Years of experience.

Mike Fischer – Founding Partner
Mike has served Kentucky with 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He began as a salesman in 1979, later acquiring Cedco and building it into a successful powerhouse in the market. With Scott Diamond, he acquired and successfully developed U S Voice and Data in the same industry until being acquired as part of a national growth strategy. In an effort to provide the level of support his customers had been accustomed to throughout the years, and to give his team an opportunity to share in the success, Mike, in part, started Unified Technologies. As Founding Partner, Mike is giving back in the form of an employee owned company with largely the same team that he has been with all along. “After all these years, this business is fun again! We are getting back to the basics of serving our customers the way they deserve to be serviced.” Mike holds a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Scott Diamond – CEO
Scott Diamond is the CEO of Unified Technologies, providing over 20 years of local experience and expertise in telecommunication equipment sales and marketing. After graduating from Georgetown College in 1988, Scott began his career as a sales representative for CEDCO, Inc., quickly earning the distinction of top sales producer for 13 years. In 2002, Scott teamed with Mike Fischer in the purchase of U.S. Voice & Data. Under Mike and Scott’s leadership, U.S. Voice & Data gained a reputation as being the telecommunication industry leader in the Kentuckiana market. Scott lives in Louisville with his family but manages to get to Lexington often to visit not only UT’s Lexington Division but also his daughter currently enrolled at Transylvania University.
Scott’s philosophy of providing excellent customer service in conjunction with always doing the right thing is what continues to set Unified Technologies apart from its competition.

Glenn Turner – Controller
Glenn is a native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky and a graduate of Murray State University. A practicing CPA for over 30 years, Glenn’s specialty is business consulting, including business valuations, mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with the group at Unified for more than 10 years. His skills in corporate finance and accounting are a perfect complement to the fast paced, growing culture that is Unified Technologies.

Robb Bashore – Vice President, Sales – Louisville Division
Robb’s 20 years in the telecommunications industry started as a service technician and then sales rep for a small family business in 1989. Prior to joining the Unified Team, Robb worked over 10 years in various capacities for Inter-Tel/Mitel, a Phoenix based telecom manufacturer holding several positions including direct sales, Regional Manager, Director of Channel Sales, and Vice President of Strategic Alliance Sales. Being on every side of a telecommunications transaction gives Robb a clear view of the industry; from the technical side to the sales; from the manufacturer’s side to the reseller’s. As Vice President of Sales for Unified’s Louisville Division, Robb’s experience in the industry paired with the strongest telecommunication team in the country creates a formula for record breaking success.

Cecy Haney – Vice President, Sales – Lexington Division
Cecy is a Lexington native and graduate of the University of Kentucky. She resides in Lexington with her husband and three children. When she’s not following her two daughters’ basketball careers, first at Paul Dunbar and now at Pikeville University, or attending her son’s various sporting events, she is busy driving the sales team in Unified’s Lexington office. Cecy gained a great understanding of delivering excellent customer service during her 20 years in the footwear industry. She entered the telecommunications industry when she joined the Unified team in 2004. Eight years of industry experience coupled with a love of the Lexington area and pride in Unified’s employee owned company have helped her lead UT’s Lexington Division to record sales and growth over the past 3 years.

Paul Schulten – Vice President of Operations
Paul began his career in Telecommunications as a Field Technician with Cedco in 1995. He moved into management in 1998 when Cedco was purchased by Expanets serving as Field Service Manager, Installation Manager, and Operations Manager. Paul served as Vice-President of Operations with U.S. Voice & Data for 8 years managing operations in multiple locations as well as PBX and VoIP implementations.
Paul brought his management skills to Unified Technologies in 2010 to complement the core mission of the company. His experience and expertise insures the delivery of excellence in customer service as the company continues to grow and expand. He understands how customers deserve to be treated and the importance of their office communications and its impact on their business.

Michael White – Director of Security and Structured Cabling
Michael was born and raised in Birmingham Alabama. He attended Auburn University and graduated from Old Dominion University. He now resides in Shelby County with his wife and two daughters, Grace and Scout. Michael’s 14 years in the industry serve him well as he surveys and designs security solutions for customers throughout the Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Ohio area.

Dave Robin – Operations Manager – Lexington Division
Hailing from Paris, Kentucky Dave has been a fixture in the telecommunications industry in the Lexington area since 1981. He spent the past 12 years managing operations for the Lexington Division of first U.S. Voice & Data and now Unified Technologies. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service has made him beloved and respected by hundreds of customers throughout the state. He is fully certified on all products carried and supported by Unified and is quick to lend a hand whenever a customer calls.

Andi Reyes – Manager of Customer Service and Project Management
With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a keen understanding of the world of data and network applications, Andi plays a key role in the Operations Division here at Unified Technologies. Her experience as a manager of a Customer Service Call Center for more than six years gives her the background and understanding needed to implement complex call center installations. She is certified as an Advanced Engineer and on every product and software application available from ShoreTel. With three young daughters and a very supportive husband, Andi manages not only the very busy Project Management team here at Unified but also a very busy home schedule of soccer, cheerleading, girl scouts and dance classes to name a few.

Teri Marra U’Sellis – Marketing Director and Events Coordinator
A Louisville native, Teri attended the University of Louisville and had been in the telecom industry for over 25 years. Her industry experience spans roles from Project Coordinator to Sales to Sales Management. She has two sons Ben and Brian and just recently became a grandmother to beautiful Evelyn Rose. Her creativity and attention to detail are invaluable when coordinating marketing events like our bi-monthly seminars as well as Unified’s quarterly company meetings, charitable events and annual Christmas party.
Operations
The Operations Team at Unified Technologies consists of veteran technicians and certified engineers who put their 100 plus years of industry knowledge to use daily providing excellent service and unequalled installations. The groups certifications include Microsoft MCP, Microsoft MCSE, Microsoft MCSA,m , Cisco CCVP, Cisco CCDA, Cisco CCSP, Cisco CCNA ,Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CompIIA A+, CompTia Linux+, CTP.
