Account Executive (Unified Technologies, LLC.)

Location: Louisville, KY, United States

We are looking to round out our sales team this year with an additional account executive who shares a similar passion of building the business by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction available in the industry today.

What you need to be considered:

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented personality traits
  • Proven sales success starting from prospecting throughout the entire sales process
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Good business sense and the ability to communicate with the C-Level customer

What would be considered a plus on your resume (not a requirement):

  • 3-5 years of experience selling phone and business solutions, not phone systems
  • Previous experience in ShoreTel , Cisco or VoIP in general is a plus
  • At least 2 years of your experience must have been in Kentucky or surrounding markets
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of the benefits of various solutions (PBX, VOIP or IP PBX)

Technical Engineer (Unified Technologies, LLC.)

Location: Louisville, KY, United States

Senior Field Engineers to install and maintain ShoreTel VoIP systems and SIP gateways. Also provide level 2 support to other engineers and work with customers’ IT staff on integration of ShoreTel VoIP systems into the existing network Infrastructure.

Position Summary:
We are looking to expand our operations team this year with two additional engineers who share a similar passion of building the business by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction available in the industry today. The positions available are for a Senior Field Engineers to install and maintain ShoreTel VoIP systems and SIP gateways. Also provide level 2 support to other engineers and work with customers’ IT staff on integration of ShoreTel VoIP systems into the existing network Infrastructure.

What you will be doing at Unified:

  • Install and configure ShoreTel VOIP systems
  • Install and configure VOIP gateways, including Audio code, IVR, and Third party ShoreTel applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice and data network issues to resolution
  • Assist sales team with technical and network pre-sales questions
  • Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning
  • Document network problems and resolution for future reference
  • Provides expert level support for other field engineers and customers

What you need to be considered:

  • Hands-on experience with Wide Area Network technologies, including T1 circuits, point-to-point, and MPLS configurations
  • Ability to work independently while being conscious of how your work interacts with that of others
  • Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Maintains current technical knowledge
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards and direction from manager
  • Excellent customer service skills both internally and externally
  • Ability to take ownership of complex issues
  • Ability to handle escalations and small projects with minimal supervision

Soft Skills Considerations:

  • Ability to write detailed documentation and train others
  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and completely; superior analytical problem-solving skills; adept at root-cause analysis and mitigation

It will be a plus if you have any of the following:

  • One or more of the following systems would be a plus: ShoreTel basic, Advanced, ECC certifications
  • Any SIP media gateway experience a plus
  • Desired certifications: MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
  • Systems: Windows, Cisco, Linux, Novell
  • Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, SIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS
