We have really enjoyed the phone system and continued to be impressed by it.
We’ve upgraded most all of our workstations to ShoreTel Communicator. All of our receptionists, including the volunteers, use Communicator to manage calls, and all find it very easy. Even some of our volunteers who don’t use a computer for anything, are fine with using Communicator.
